Internship Program
The CREATE 2be GREAT Internship Program is designed for passionate, driven, and creative individuals who want real-world experience in the creative industry. This hands-on program allows interns to work directly with leadership while helping operate and grow a one-stop creative service brand for entrepreneurs, artists, and businesses.
Interns will gain valuable experience in business operations, marketing, content creation, and studio production while building real projects that strengthen their professional portfolios. Our program focuses on growth, mentorship, and practical skill development to prepare participants for future career opportunities.
This internship typically lasts 6 to 12 months, giving interns enough time to develop their skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and build confidence in a professional environment. 🚀
Available Internships
🗂️ Executive / Operations Intern
Assist with scheduling, emails, client communication, project tracking, and day-to-day business operations.
🎨 Creative Media Intern
Support graphic design, photography, videography, and editing to help create promotional and brand content.
📱 Marketing & Social Media Intern
Help manage social media platforms, plan campaigns, create content, and track engagement performance.
🎧 Studio / Production Intern
Assist during recording sessions, learn audio editing, and gain hands-on experience in music and content production.
Program Details
⏰ Commitment:
10–15 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Hybrid (in-person and remote opportunities available)
