Mitchell Beauchamp (MKLB) is the Founder and CEO of CREATE 2be GREAT L.L.C., a creative launchpad built to empower artists, entrepreneurs, and visionaries to create at their highest level—without burnout.

Mitchell’s journey began as a self-driven music artist in 2014. With little to no budget for industry services such as recording studios, graphic design, or music videos, he made a pivotal decision: invest in himself. What started with a USB microphone and GarageBand quickly evolved into a fully self-taught skill set spanning audio engineering, graphic design, web design, visual production, and brand development. Complete creative control became both his strength and eventually, his challenge.

By late 2019, after years of doing everything alone, Mitchell experienced firsthand the reality many creatives face: burnout. What was once a healthy outlet and passion began to feel like a job fueled by pressure, isolation, and exhaustion. Creating was no longer fun; it was survival. That experience became the foundation for CREATE 2be GREAT.

Founded in 2016 and officially established as an LLC in the state of Nevada in 2025, CREATE 2be GREAT was built with a clear mission: to protect passionate creatives from burnout by giving them an affordable, reliable, industry standard, one-stop creative ecosystem rooted in community and mentorship. The goal is simple: so creatives can focus on what they love most: creating.

Mitchell has operated the business independently from his home since its inception, beginning in his parents’ apartment and continuing after relocating to Las Vegas in 2020. While offering multiple creative services under one roof has allowed him to serve clients nationwide, it has also come with significant challenges and personal setbacks. Despite these obstacles, Mitchell remains committed to growth, transparency, and integrity.

A graduate of Foothill College with an Associate of Arts Degree in Music Technology and Certificates of Achievement in Music Technology and Pro Tools, Mitchell later returned to school to further strengthen his business and branding expertise. In January 2025, he began pursuing a second Associate of Arts degree in Marketing at the College of Southern Nevada, where he is currently an active student. In the same year, Mitchell also completed Student Leadership Academy Tier I and Tier II, reinforcing his commitment to leadership, mentorship, and community development. His long-term vision includes securing a dedicated creative facility, building a trusted team, expanding into California, and creating safe, professional spaces where creatives can collaborate, learn, and thrive.

At his core, Mitchell is more than a CEO—he is a creator who understands creators. His mission is not just to build brands, but to build people, sustain passion, and redefine what success looks like in the creative industry.
